My condolences to Jennifer. I am so truly sorry for your loss. Although I never got to know Clive, I appreciate all the love and guidance that he provided for you. May he rest in peace now, and may you find comfort in your knowledge that he is with god. All the best to you Jenny and I do hope to touch base with you again soon. Lots of Love, Aunt Joan

Just wanted to say Rest In Peace Clive. My condolences to Jen and all your loved ones. I met you once years ago and then again at my daughters wedding when Jen was one of her bride's maids. I know you will be missed by many and that you are gone too soon but you are in the Lord's Hands now and have no more pain. Until we all meet again Rest In Peace.

Heartfelt Sympathies

Posted at 08:31pm

On behalf of the New Life Neighbourhood Centre volunteers, I would like to express our deepest sympathy on the passing of Clive Hanson – a father, friend, and brother. He was a thoughtful and caring man who will be missed by many.
I have had the pleasure of working with Clive and spending time in conversation with him and I can truly say he was a gentle, kind soul. Clive had the brightest, warmest smile and was always ready and willing to help at the Neighbourhood Centre whenever he could. He could be seen mopping the floor, loading and unloading food supplies, stacking shelves and cleaning the stoves (which no one could do better than Clive). No task was too small or too large for him. He served with pleasure and humility. We miss you Clive but we take comfort in the thought that you are just resting until resurrection morning. No more pain, so rest in peace as your memory lives on!
As one Unknown Author puts it “death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.” Jen and family may loving memories bring you peace, comfort, and strength.
Ann Thompson
Director, New Life Neighbourhood Centre
