Boyd, Muriel Vera (nee Cuthbert) 1916 – 2019, Died peacefully February 1, 2019 with family by her side; four days before her 103rd birthday. Beloved by her late husband Alan and late sons Gord and Noel. Predeceased by sisters Shirley, Betty, and brother Jack. Survived by daughter Bonnie, grandchildren Jessica Visser, James Boyd, Mary Boyd and Emily Boyd, and her wonderful great-grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered by many relatives and friends. Huge gratitude to the staff at Bon Air Long Term Care home in Cannington, Ontario for their care and love. Muriel “Mo” loved and supported her family unconditionally, and also found room in her heart for anyone she met. Her many passions included time at the cottage, nature, gardening, and the many cats and dogs she nurtured through the years. “Wherever a beautiful soul has been, there is a trail of memories”. Muriel requested no service. A Celebration of Life will follow in the spring. Memorial donations to the Durham Children’s Aid Foundation are appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Armstrong Funeral Home.

Its quite impossible to imagine our world without our 'Mo'. She really will be very deeply missed by all of us who were so very lucky to have Mo as part of our lives. What a gal!! Our very deepest and sincerest sympathy does out to all who share our loss, but particularly to The (wonderful) Boyd Gang. Love you, Don & Linda.
