John Rose grew up in Oshawa, and made many friends during this time that he remained close to over the years. He was a carpenter by trade, and taught at Durham College for many years. John was a fixture at his favourite pub “T. Williams”. He had many friends here that he cherished greatly...you all meant the world to him. We hope that the happy memories of time spent with John at the pub will be a comfort to the many dear friends who will miss him so much.
A celebration of life is planned for John’s friends and family. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Ducks Unlimited Canada can be made in his memory, or to any charitable organization of your choosing.
